A six-piece band hailing from north, south, east and west of Ireland, Arcanadh’s lineup consists of Martin Gallen (Castleblaney, Co Monaghan), guitar, bodhran and vocals, Colm Breathnach (Ring, Co Waterford) mandola, banjo and vocals, Maria Corbet (Dublin) harp and vocals, Fiona Walsh (Bohola, Co Mayo), fiddle and vocals, Sinead Gibson (Gortahork, Co Donegal), whistles and vocals and finally Mags Gallen (Castleblaney) piano, fiddle and vocals.
Arcanadh have performed worldwide at prestigious venues and festivals in countries such as Germany, Taiwan, Kuwait, the United States to name but a few. They have picked up several accolades along the way including Best Newcomers at the Irish Music Awards.
