Liam McCormack – North By Northwest

April 8 – August 30

Retrospective of the life and work of the Donegal born architect Liam McCormack. Considered one of the 20th Century’s greatest architects, this retrospective exhibition examined the vital role that McCormack played, both as an architect and a countryman at a pivotal point in Ireland’s history and assessed how he used good design to exemplify, to both the people and the state, the benefits of contemporary architecture. McCormack’s Church in Burt (Donegal) recently appeared in ‘1001 Buildings You Must See Before You Die’
