Nollaig Crombie is a multidisciplinary artist with extensive experience in both the academic and industrial sectors. On graduating from the National College of Art & Design, she was invited to join Sullivan Bluth Animation in Los Angeles. She worked on nine of their feature films before accepting a lecturing position in Art & Design in Letterkenny in 1992. Her international freelance artwork continued alongside teaching until taking up the role of Head of Design & Cerative Media at (LYIT) ATU in 2005. Since Nollaig retired from ATU just over a year ago, her passion for teaching and art practice remains her focus.
