For young people aged 14 – 18 years

Spend an evening exploring a curated mix of creative activities that are a little out of the ordinary. From throwing clay to tooting your own horn, there’s a great selection of activities for young people to explore between 6-8pm.

Tell your friends, pop along, eat and explore. 

Pull A Print. Screen Printing with the Print Barn Folk. Pull your own print on one of our provided tote bags. We’ve different designs for you to choose from and 100 tote bags to give away ! 

The Great Pottery Throwdown ! Try your hand at throwing a pot on the pottery wheel, or build your creation from slabs, under the guidance of master potter Mathew Porter. 

Give an instrument a go ! Every instrument you ever wanted to try but never had the chance … The Donegal Music Education Partnership will have a whole room full of instruments for you to try, with knowledgeable staff on hand to guide you through. 

Special FX Workshop, the amazing Anna Cjazak will guide you through how to do amazing special FX Make Up! Maybe you could see yourself on set in the future?

You can book online for most of our events. Just click on the Book Online link for your chosen event and follow the instructions.

Call into An Grianán Theatre Box Office during opening hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

There is a €1 booking fee per ticket. These booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit.

We offer concessionary rate to students, over 65s, under 18s, unemployed and registered disabled. Current ID is essential to avail of these concessions. Concessions may not be available for some shows.

E Tickets

We are now using electronic tickets. When you book you will be emailed a link to an electronic ticket. This can be presented on your phone for scanning on arrival at the venue. Alternately you can choose to download and print your ticket at home. Just be sure to have the QR code clearly visible for scanning



Terms & Conditions

  1. Latecomers may only be admitted until a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of management.
  2. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  3. Use of flash photography and recording equipment is not permitted. 
  4. Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice.
  5. Management reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice. In this event tickets may be exchanged or refunded to the face value only from the original point of sale.
  6. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property.
  7. Food may not be consumed in the auditorium.
  8. For safety reasons, buggies or carrycots are not permitted in the auditorium..


We strongly advise allowing ample time to find a parking space and to be mindful that traffic can be extremely heavy in Letterkenny particularly on Thursday and Friday evenings and weekends.

Our car park is located to the rear of An Grianán Theatre and has room for approximately 70 cars. It is free of charge.

After 6pm there is no parking fee for using the main street.


The Regional Cultural Centre is dedicated to being accessible to all members of the community. We very much welcome bookings from people with disabilities, both from individuals and groups. Please let us know about your requirements at the time of booking.
