Niamh Dunne is an acclaimed fiddle player, singer, and composer, renowned for her distinctive traditional style, folk-infused compositions, and smoky, warm vocals. Her debut album of self-penned songs, Tides (2022), earned critical acclaim and marked her out as a powerful solo artist.

Niamh is a founding member of the celebrated band Beoga, described by the Wall Street Journal as “the most exciting band to come out of Ireland this century.” Over more than 20 years, Beoga have toured globally and become synonymous with vibrant Irish fusion music. Their album How to Tune a Fish was shortlisted for a Grammy nomination in the “Best Contemporary World Music Album” category.

In 2017, Beoga’s collaboration with Ed Sheeran on his album, including the global hit “Galway Girl,” which has over 800 million streams—brought their music to a massive new audience. They performed with Sheeran at Glastonbury before 100,000 people and joined him on his 2018 stadium tour.

Beyond Beoga, Niamh is a long-standing member of The Karan Casey Band and has performed her own compositions with the Ulster Orchestra at Proms in the Park and with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra at Dublin’s National Concert Hall. She has also co-written with leading Irish songwriters including Stefanie Rainey, Foy Vance, and Ryan McMullan.

A passionate advocate for artists, Niamh is a founding member of FairPlé, promoting gender balance and fairness in the music industry, and of Irish Artists for Palestine. She was Traditional Artist in Residence at UCC in 2024 and held a residency at the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris in 2025.

Seán Óg Graham, a virtuoso guitarist, button accordionist, and prolific composer, has recorded seven albums with Beoga and toured extensively across Europe, North America, and Australasia. His composition “Minute 5” helped shape Ed Sheeran’s “Galway Girl.” A sought-after session musician, he has featured on over 40 albums and performed with artists such as Lúnasa, Liz Carroll, Maura O’Connell, Natalie Merchant, and Duke Special.

From his Bannview Studios, Seán Óg continues to compose, arrange, and produce, cementing his reputation as one of Ireland’s most versatile and accomplished traditional musicians.
