Keith Connolly is a highly regarded young Belfast artist and designer. His work demonstrates a prolific creativity from a broad spectrum of influences from type design to geometric form. His exhibition at the Regional Cultural Centre features a series of spectacular large scale wall-based prints many of which were shown at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast earlier this year. The designs are influenced by the work of Herbert Bayer and the early geometry of Euclid, both in colour and form. Keith’s exhibition is part of the distorted perspectives programme presented in partnership with the Earagail Arts Festival and is supported by British Council NI.
