Letterkenny Active Retirement Association invite you to join them to celebrate their crime scene investigations. They are looking forward to introducing you to a cast of eccentric, amateur and semi-professional detectives who have solved a selection of contemporary and historical murders. The “Whodunit” flourished during the golden age of Detective Fiction, between 1920 and 1950. The Regional Cultural Centre will host an afternoon of golden sleuthing as part of the Bealtaine Festival. This experience is immersive and will include installations that showcase the best of this group’s craft activities. The Hippocampus (the region of the brain associated with memory) becomes active when writing, and as such, this initiative has actively engaged in strengthening the memories of the group members.
A tea dance will follow with light refreshments being provided. This project was made possible through the generous funding of Donegal E.T.B.
